Are you a GOT fan? Here’s a piece of good news for you! With the height of the Game of Thrones series produced by HBO, avid viewers of this epic fantasy are craving for more. It’s official, but the long wait isn’t over yet. Production will begin in 2021, and the release date for the Game of Thrones prequel series, House of the Dragon, will debut on HBO and HBO Max in 2022.
The House of the Dragon is based on George R.R. Martin’s Book Fire & Blood – everything we need to know about the House Targaryen that goes way back 300 years before the Game of Thrones.
Rumors have been answered and here are the lineup of casts: Paddy Considine (King Viserys Targaryen), Matt Smith (Prince Daemon Targaryen), Emma D’Arcy (Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen), and Olivia Cooke (Alicent Hightower).
It is undeniable that the Game of Thrones series has made incredible marks throughout its air on television. Should we expect the same for the upcoming prequel? We shall sit back and be surprised with what HBO has in store for all the GOT fans out there.
